About the Event

Did you know that we spend 90% of our lives indoors and that an unhealthy indoor climate affects your health and wellbeing? Have you heard that 80 million Europeans live in damp and unhealthy buildings, which nearly doubles the risk of developing asthma? Have you wondered how this affects your health and performance?

Today asthma treatments cost European economy 17.7 billion € a year. Furthermore, 87% of the classrooms are below the ventilation standards, which has a very negative effect on students’ performance. In fact, productivity can be increased up to 15% if the indoor environment has the right daylight and air quality.

In order to solve this problem the VELUX Group has focused on creating better living environments by bringing daylight and fresh air into people's homes all over the world. They have created sustainable solutions, such as a digital home intelligent system called VELUX Active that measures CO2 levels, humidity and temperature and opens the windows automatically when necessary.

Join CBS Health and the VELUX Group on April 25th for this seminar to find out how health enhancing solutions can be sustainable! If you wonder how indoor climate affects your health and which sustainable and digital solutions are being developed in this area sign up for this event. Moreover, there will be a discussion at the end in which you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas and questions to the table. Registration is closed.
